Make sure the capsules come from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows, and that they’re freeze-dried, because that keeps the nutrients intact. Since I added this to my routine, I’ve felt a real boost in energy and overall vitality. Maybe I was low in B12? Plus my skin looks more glowy, which is a nice bonus.

I saw a post on Reddit about beef liver helping with acne, so I gave it a try and wow, it actually works! After one month I’m already seeing a big difference!! My skin looks better and I’ve got way more energy. I definitely recommend it. No side effects for me.

I’ve been taking desiccated beef liver every day for about three months now (around 3 g/day), and honestly it changed my skin and hair. My eczema basically disappeared and my hair feels way stronger. The smell is a bit strong, but nothing crazy.

I use this to keep my iron and energy levels steady. It took about a week before I really felt it working. No side effects for me, but if you’ve never taken beef liver before, the full dose can upset your stomach. I’d say start small and increase slowly.
