Tried beta-glucans during a stressful period when my immune system was trash. I noticed fewer sore throats and way less downtime. Also feel a bit more energetic in the morning. I'm not sure If I will buy more of it though.

Condition: High Cholesterol
It's only been a couple of weeks I'm taking beta glucans, mainly to help with my cholesterol (my LDL numbers are too high). I think it also help with the immune system during winter. Fingers crossed.
