Condition: Low Libido (Men)
I tried catuaba mainly for libido and so far so good. I noticed an improvement after a week taking this supplement. It's hard to say Catuaba is solely reponsible for this improvement because I take it with Maca, Tribulus and L-Citrulline in the morning. What I can say is that the combo works for me. "Everything" just works a bit better than before.

Condition: Erectile Dysfunction
Honestly, after two weeks, I haven’t seen any real improvement with my ED. It just didn’t do much for me.

Catuaba Bark seems to help the blood vessels open up a bit, so the blood flow down there gets better. For me, the effect felt pretty similar to Ginkgo. I wouldn't call it a game changer but it's a nice addition to your stack.

Read about it on reddit so I decided to try it. For me, it made it easier to get an erection that lasts longer. But you need to be patient, I didn’t notice anything until around day 10.
