Condition: Blood Flow
Tried ginger root for circulation as part of a stack (ginger + garlic + ginkgo). I’m in my early 50s and it actually helps. Blood flow feels smoother, BP is a bit steadier, and cardio feels easier. Cheap and works well with the other two.

Condition: Migraine
Tried this supplement recently and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. Fewer migraines, more steady energy through the day. I take capsules but I'll try ginger tea soon. 5 stars.

Condition: Digestive Support
Taking ginger root has been really solid for digestion and nausea. Helps calm my stomach and cuts the bloating. Also good for inflammation. Super cheap supplement and easy to take.
