Condition: Endurance Performance
L-Arginine works okay for me at the gym. Better blood flow, veins pop a bit more, and I don’t gas out as fast on high-rep sets. But if I skip it, I don’t feel a huge difference. It’s like a mild upgrade. I still use it because it’s cheap.
