Condition: Blood Circulation
I'm using pine bark for circulation + a bit of performance boost (if you know what I mean). Can confirm: blood flow feels better. Erections more consistent, not crazy strong or anything, just more reliable. I take 100mg/day with vitamin C. Took a solid month to see results tho.

Condition: Blood Circulation
Been running pine bark + CoQ10 + omega-3 for heart support. My resting heart rate dropped a little and my hands/feet stay warmer. Easy on the stomach too. Definitely keeping this long term.

Condition: Erectile Dysfunction
Using pine bark for (mild) ED and honestly it’s the best supplement I’ve tried so far. Erections feel fuller and come more easily, probably because circulation improved overall. Works even better stacked with L-Citrulline (6g). I’m not using anymore the pricey Pycnogenol stuff, just the regular generic pine bark extract and tbh I can’t tell any difference. Works great for me.
