Condition: Immunity Support
I added IP6 to my routine mainly to support my immunity after having a scare with Covid. I noticed that I’m not catching every little cold like before. My immune system seems stronger. I take it daily with vitamin D3 & Vitamin C. I only started seeing results after a month. Only downside : it's a pretty expensive supplement.
